Executive Appointment at BV Portföy: Zeynep Özgür Çağlayan Appointed as New General Manager!

Teknoloji girişimlerini destekleyen ve Türkiye’nin önde gelen yatırım şirketlerinden Boğaziçi Ventures’ın iştiraki BV Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.’ye Genel Müdür olarak Zeynep Özgür Çağlayan atandı.

Zeynep Özgür Çağlayan has been appointed as the new General Manager of BV Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., a subsidiary of Boğaziçi Ventures, one of Turkey’s leading investment firms supporting technology startups.

Zeynep Özgür Çağlayan holds both a bachelor's (2007) and a master's (2009) degree in Economics from Bilkent University. She began her professional career in the Treasury department at Turkcell, and between 2011 and 2014 worked in the Treasury-ALM division at TEB, specializing in balance sheet and liquidity management. Since 2014, Çağlayan has taken on strategic roles at Odeabank in Investment Services and Product Management, successfully overseeing a broad product range including investment funds, derivative instruments, precious metals, and equities. In addition to her expertise in investment strategy development, market research, and client relationship management, she has played an active role in the creation of innovative financial products. She holds the Capital Markets Board’s Level 3 and Derivatives licenses and is fluent in English.

In her statement following the appointment, Çağlayan said:
