Joygame commenced the IPO procuders as of May 2023. The public offering works and negotiations for direct listing on BIST in Turkey, TSX and TSXV in Canada, and NASDAQ Nord in Sweden, or reverse merger methods, are ongoing. Completion by 2025 is planned subject to approvals from the countries' capital market regulatory authorities. Post IPO, exit from the fund for existing partners is targeted to occur by the end of 2027 within the framework of stock sales regulations.
